This service is operated by Digital Asset Service GmbH (Hagentalerstrasse 28, 4055 Basel, Switzerland), trading as Wahl Immobilien, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data we process

Depending on the stage of the business relationship, we process master data (name, email, phone, address), self-disclosure forms, creditworthiness data extracted from documents, identification documents (national ID), income documents (payslips, tax statements, financial statements), asset records (bank statements, building society records, equity records), tenancy agreements (for existing customers), communication data, and login/session data.

  • Anthropic PBC (AI-assisted document data extraction, USA -- transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the Anthropic Data Processing Addendum)

  • Sentry GmbH (error and performance monitoring, EU region, PII filter active)

Your rights

Automated decision-making

We do not perform automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The AI document review system extracts structured data from uploaded documents and provides suggestions to our back-office team; final review and decisions are always made by a human reviewer.

Supervisory authorities

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Competent authorities include the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), the relevant German state data protection authority at your place of residence, and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDOEB) for residents in Switzerland.
